This cozy 1,200 square foot home is centrally located just minutes from the Windsor Beach boat launch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona .

Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, the house features a lovely pool and backyard patio, 2 bedrooms, a den, a fireplace, and two baths.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.  The house is centrally air conditioned.

The oversized yard with mature landscaping features a sparkling pool and lovely covered patio with overhead fans, a gas barbeque, and patio furniture for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining.

There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the 2-car garage and behind a locked gate.

Large Master Suite featuring a queen-sized bed, sliding glass door to back patio, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and walk-in closet.

All linens are provided.

The Den opens to the living room, and contains a trundle bed that can be pulled out to make 2 twin beds or one queen bed, and a desk located near a phone outlet for internet access.

The Living Room features a big-screen television with cable and a VCR.    Plenty of comfortable seating and a stereo with CD player is provided.

The Dining Room seats 6 for indoor dining.

The full service Kitchen with tiled floors has a large window facing the front of the house.  Appliances include an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.  A coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included.

A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

Telephones are available for incoming and local calls, and for Internet access (local numbers only). 

America Online and Earthlink are two Internet Service Providers with local access numbers in Lake Havasu City .

A fully refundable security deposit is required with each reservation, along with a cleaning fee of $65. 

Pets are accepted on case by case basis for an additional charge.
